Sylphia Lindsay, LMHC, CAP, CTT, also trained in somatic experience (SE). My philosophy is that counseling is an important aspect of personal growth for all persons. I believe that in a person's journey, growth is about guidance - seeing yourself through a different lens. That can be found spiritually, through self-help, individual therapy, etc. I believe the growth starts within the person, and therapy is the assistance that guides you to the higher sense of awareness. That higher sense of awareness allows you to achieve higher goals.

Laura has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling psychology. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and has over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Laura is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR. Her specialty is working with adults with substance use disorders and the dually diagnosed.
