I assist you to develop and use your strengths to improve your relationships and yourself through self-exploration and guidance. I use an integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. I work with individuals that struggle with depression and anxiety related to career, athletics, interpersonal relationships, medical conditions, disease, pre/post op surgery and injuries. Through a safe and supportive environment, I believe in the importance of devising a realistic plan for treatment that is personalized for your particular symptoms and collaborate with you to improve your quality of life.
Working together in session, I provide tools and use interventions that one may take with them.
I also have a particular concentration in working with individuals and their fears, accompanied with high anxiety and group psychotherapy. I have developed a unique approach to working with those who wish to decrease symptoms related fears with an ultimate goal to eventually eliminate the fear through brief exposure treatment.
