In therapy, we can work together to cultivate the life you want through reducing the grip of depression, anxiety, and stress; healing from grief, loss, past abuse or trauma; regulating your nervous system; developing effective coping skills; improving relationships and communication; and building on your personal strengths. I want to help you to engage with life more fully and to support you in pursuing what you value most.
I work with teenagers and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship problems. I have a particular interest and specialty in helping people recover from traumatic experiences. I completed my graduate clinical training at Stanford University, the National Center for PTSD, and UCSF/SFGH.
I draw from treatments that are supported by research and combine those treatments with an approach tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. I enjoy my work very much and would be honored to support you on your journey.
