Welcome to my practice! I've had the privilege of guiding individuals on their journey to emotional wellness as a DBT program leader for over 15 years. As a dedicated Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provider, my approach is rooted in empowering clients to cultivate a deeper understanding of their emotions and develop effective coping strategies, ultimately helping them reclaim a sense of control over their lives. In addition to DBT I specialize in perinatal mental health, with a focus on supporting individuals through the emotional landscape of pregnancy, loss, and early parenthood. Having walked alongside countless women experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, I am passionate about bringing light to the unexpected challenges this time of life can bring.
My unique experience in working with DBT and parenting has cultivated an expertise in working with parents of children and teens with emotional and behavioral challenges. I am deeply committed to providing support to parents in a nonjudgmental environment, as they seek practical guidance to find calm in the storm.
