I have over three decades of practice using my trainings in CBT, ACT, person-centered therapy, experiential, DBT, internal family systems, family systems, structural family therapy, polyvagal focused, trauma-focused and brain based trauma therapy, IFS based trauma therapy, somatic/body therapies and more to help.
