I like to gently push my clients toward openness, vulnerability and change. It’s so important to feel heard. It IS necessary for healing, & change. I utilize a Strength-based, client-centered, CBT focused approach with an emphasis on self-compassion. I am passionate about self-esteem and all the effects it has on our lives- so I love to help others work on building this!
