Up the Steps is a Restorative Psychotherapy practice specifically designed for women and girls who struggle with emotional and behavior issues. The purpose of UTS is to help women/girls develop a life practice that will lead to a healthier and happier life.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have over 8 years of experience working with at risk youth and their families. I have worked within the criminal justice system and with girls involved in Human Trafficking.
