I work with children and adults who are having problems with everyday life due to depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and more. I have provided therapy in a multitude of settings, including residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, foster care, outpatient, and addiction treatment centers. My approach in therapy is based on cognitive-behavioral concepts, as I believe that one can change how they feel by challenging their thoughts and feelings and learning to interpret life experiences in a mindful way. Often, the meaning that individuals attach to life experiences is what keeps them stuck in their mental/emotional distress.

Hillary works with adolescents and adults to address a wide variety of struggles including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, transition, identity, and self-acceptance. Along with Hillary, Aaron Crump MA and Liz Bollinger MA provide therapeutic services. Aaron has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and family concerns. He has a particular passion for working with grief, and loss as well as individuals who have experienced abuse. I currently run the LifeBridge Senior IOP Program at Parkview Wabash Hospital. I am in the process of adding an addictions IOP and behavioral health clinic there as well. This program is expected to open in July 2020 with our new Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT Clinic).
