I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and utilize various supportive and open-minded treatment techniques tailored to each of my client’s specific needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in individual and family counseling with children, pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. I have a background in grief counseling, as well as working with children, using child-led play therapy to assist with development of social skills and improvement of self-confidence and social interaction.
I believe that it is essential for you to be in control of your treatment and what you would like to gain from therapy. My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are, and together, we will explore and develop therapeutic goals based on your personal experiences, interests, strengths, and abilities to help you achieve a better quality of life.
