I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families who are having difficulty coping alone. I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have almost 15 years of experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance abuse (opioid dependence and replacement therapies), relationships and stress management.
