I specialize in working with adults and occasionally couples struggling with trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, and depression/anxiety. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
