Often times we run away from the pain; we incorporate countless of ways to avoid it including through symptoms of anxiety, anxiety attacks, depression, substance, post-traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, anger, or any other means that will help us to not lean toward the pain. I often tell my clients, "You have to Feel in order to Heal," and this is where we take back our authentic power and we learn to thrive. I am a Clinical Social Worker who is certified as a: Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and Laughter Yoga Leader. My clinical practice includes a Faith Based eclectic approach to therapy which incorporates EMDR Therapy along with other modalities.
