Eileen is passionate about the whole, integrated health of the individual. With over 15 years of experience as a mental health provider and her training in wellness practices, Eileen applies a model of whole, integrated mental health to assist others in finding hope and healing using cognitive and experiential-based approaches. Eileen holds the following certifications that inform her professional practice: Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP); Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Yoga Fitness instructor, and Certified Diet and Nutrition Coach.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor offering individual and couples therapy to adolescents (ages 13+) and adults. I uses a holistic approach to therapy that aims to consider all the various ways that healing happens by promoting whole-person wellness, collaborative goal setting, and self-discovery. I strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment. I have experience living abroad in Europe and integrating new cultures, and this enhances my intentional work and understanding of individual needs.

I enjoy working with individuals and families from all walks of life. I believe we all have a unique story and need a safe space in order to share and process that story. My passion is working with children, teens, and young adults, especially those who are often labeled as difficult, misguided, or troubled. I also love working with adults, especially those struggling with trauma backgrounds, attachment disruptions, and/or mental health challenges.

The more in touch we become with our wants, needs and values, the more satisfaction we can get from our lives.
