We specialize in 1-1 neuro-affirming therapy for members of the neurodivergent community who also struggle with their mental health (anxiety, depression, OCD, etc…). With over 15 years of experience, we take pride in supporting teens and adults OR parents who have children with diagnosis' such as Autism, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or multiple disabilities.

I work with couples experiencing conflict and disconnection & individuals suffering from anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, PTSD, anger, and difficult childhoods/pasts. I'm a "trauma-informed therapist" meaning there's awareness placed on the complex impact of certain experiences, often resulting in chronic suffering and overwhelm. Together we will work to understand what's contributing to your distress and develop a deeper connection to yourself and others.

Hello and welcome! Seeking a therapist can be an intimidating process, but doing so is an important step toward your well-being. You may be anxious, depressed, stressed, or struggling with relationships in your life and looking for a way to feel better. I specialize in working with people who identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrants, and children of immigrants while affirming their identities and lived experiences. As a child of immigrants myself, I understand the unique challenges and perspectives that can come with trying to reconcile one’s individual identity and culture with the dominant culture-at-large.

My ideal client would be any individual prepared to confront the present situation with uncompromising honesty to move forward.
