Hello, my name is Mecah Paris, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about how therapy has changed and improved my life and hope it can do the same for you. My approach to therapy is one of person-centered care. I would like to collaborate with you to create a safe space for you to be free to express your thoughts and feelings, free of judgment. Life is difficult at times and change can feel overwhelming. I look forward to walking with you on this journey. My clients are individuals and couples who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and experiences of trauma.
I work with people in recovery from addictions who need to uncover a deeper layer of discovery to be free from addiction. I also work with couples to improve areas of communication and other dynamics that can affect a partnership.
I am an open, honest, and compassionate person who believes in transparent communication. With time, I want you to feel at home in this space to illicit the change you are looking for.
