When working with individuals, I utilize methods including Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. When working with couples and intimate partnerships, I find Emotion Focused Therapy interventions and Solution Focused Therapy are helpful.
With additional training as a Certified AutPlay Therapist, I have expertise in treating children who struggle with managing big feelings, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other neurodivergence. As a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I enjoy working with parents looking to add new parenting tools to their toolkit.
My therapeutic approach is nurturing, collaborative, and trauma informed. It is important to me that clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected within every session with me. I will regularly ask for client feedback so I can choose an approach that best fits the client’s need while they are on their journey of growth and healing with me.
