I am a clinical psychologist licensed at the doctoral level in Oregon. I specialize in providing interventions supported by research. My approach to psychotherapy is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I consider therapy a collaborative process and would love to work with you to create meaningful and lasting changes. While I am a generalist, I have particular expertise in the areas of trauma/PTSD, women's mental health/gender equity concerns, substance use, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I am committed to anti-racist practice, women's empowerment, and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
I provide evidence-based, contextual behavioral therapies including acceptance and mindfulness-based interventions and trauma-focused treatments. I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the gold-standard treatments for PTSD, anxiety disorders, substance use, depression, and general mental health difficulties.
As an intervention-oriented psychologist, my goal is to help you see results quickly and make improvements that last. I work together with my clients to provide the treatments that research says work and to help you function better now. If you are struggling, I may be able to help.
