I have extensive experience working with young adults from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space that is safe, trauma-informed, and grounded in social justice. My work is affirming, collaborative, and centered on your lived experience.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and provide gender-affirming care, and letters, in accordance with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). I also have experience supporting individuals navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
My approach is grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. In addition to providing gender-affirming care, I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
