I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with a passion for accompanying clients on a journey to rediscover their most authentic selves. Our work will incorporate building capacity to tolerate the discomfort of your emotions, increasing nervous system regulation, bringing flow and energy back into your “river of life,” and building trust with your intuition, knowing and truth. I specialize in attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues and anxiety. I am excited about working with individuals who are eager to improve their overall quality of lie, reconnect with themselves and deepen their relationships with others.
Seeing and understanding the body's wisdom through the somatic lens is powerful, and we will use safety, your internal and external resources and the therapeutic relationship as the anchors to our work. Together we will learn to track and listen to the body and begin to understand the information it has for us.
Somatic work invites us to dig deeper into the patterns holding us back and limiting our healing. It has been my experience that reconnecting with the body and our truth is also a spiritual process that initiates a deeper growth. I look forward to meeting you on your journey.
I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy from my cozy office in Golden.
