I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults. I enjoy working with clients for a variety of concerns. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship problems. Other clients are seeking help with working through grief, loss, disappointments, and change. We all need help at times with navigating life's challenges.
I earned a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Augusta State University. I have 10 years of experience. I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I offer safe spaces and assistance with transitioning needs if desired.
My goal is to support you in achieving your goals. My approach involves collaboration and fostering loving acceptance of self. Please contact me to begin working toward the goals that are important to you. Email is the best way to contact me.
