My methods of therapy include Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Client Centered, Spiritual Roots System, Child Centered Play Therapy, sand tray, and expressive therapy techniques. I believe in the importance of play, and I incorporate play therapy into many of my sessions.
