I have experience in intensive outpatient therapy with teens and adults.
I can offer both traditional talk therapy as well art therapy. You play an important role in setting your own goals. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families, and older adults to deepen understanding of emotions and your experiences. I use theoretical approaches of ACT, CBT, and Narrative based on what brings you to therapy.
