I know that life can be challenging and I am not here to judge or guide you but rather walk alongside you and help bring light to parts that we struggle to process. I want to work towards building trust and mutual respect. I feel that it is important that the client is able to feel empowered when in the therapeutic space.
My process in working with clients is client lead. Essentially, I do my best to accommodate and meet the needs of each individual client I work with. Some clients need more questions and engagement while other clients need a quiet space to feel. I try my best to create a therapeutic space that allows for a variety of ways to experience therapy.
I know that searching for a therapist can be hard, I have been there myself hoping that whoever I finally get into contact with will be a good or decent therapist. I am hoping that you will allow me to journey alongside you in whatever your life may bring into our sessions together.
