In my therapeutic practice, I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a foundational modality for addressing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related issues.
Trauma, adverse life experiences, and anxiety often leave individuals feeling disconnected from themselves and others, fostering guilt and unhappiness. As a therapist, I primarily work with adults with a history of trauma, attachment wounding from childhood, and anxiety-based disorders who frequently grapple with these emotions and issues.
