I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, which means I am working towards independent state licensure and operate under a licensed supervisor. My passion is to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for clients to foster growth and healing. I am also trained in CPT, a first-line treatment for PTSD, including complex trauma.
I highlight a trauma-trained, person-centered, and strengths-based approach in my therapeutic practice. I take each client's individual needs into consideration, and pull from multiple approaches depending on personal circumstances. Together, we can work toward building empowerment, resilience, and meaning.
