Our Adolescent IOP is designed for teenagers ages 13-17 struggling with depression and/or anxiety symptoms, risky behaviors, challenges in relationships, issues with self worth and esteem, and difficulties in areas of their lives such as education, family, and peer group. The IOP program uses a truly Integrative approach to treatment combining Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts, and Mindfulness Based Practices, and Family Involvement to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
