I am passionate about guiding my clients into finding their God given identity and purpose that is often hiding under mental health challenges. This can be accomplished by using different tools and activities in therapy and outside of therapy. I work specifically with children, teens, young adults, college students, and moms.
I offer Play therapy and Run/Walk Therapy. Play Therapy allows children to express themselves when they do not have the words to do so.
Run/walk therapy allows clients 12 and older to receive the benefits of counseling in an active setting. The movement of walking or jogging allows our brains to naturally process what we are talking about.
