My therapeutic framework is to work from an eclectic blend of theories in order to best meet my client's needs where they are at, however, I tend to lean towards Dialectical Behavior Therapy ideologies about mindfulness, Jungian ideas of working with one's personal symbolism from the subconscious as expressed through imagery, and EMDR's trauma healing.
As someone who has been dedicated to my own transformative healing journey and one who has worked with a wide variety of client populations, I can offer a depth of awareness, warmth, and creativity to the therapeutic process that would surely be unique.
