My therapeutic style is eclectic, integrating multiple evidence-based approaches—including person-centered, strengths-based, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies—to support my clients in achieving their goals. I have a deep admiration for the healing power of EMDR and have witnessed its profound impact on trauma recovery.
Since completing my basic EMDR training in 2020, I have been dedicated to honing my skills in this modality, continually expanding my expertise to provide the most effective trauma treatment possible.
