I have experience with a variety of mental health treatment concerns and treatment styles. In my practice of counseling I am often eclectic, pulling together many theories to craft a personalized set of treatment methods for each person that I have the pleasure of working with. My clinical methods include culturally competent, trauma informed practice.
I am passionate about all forms of mental health service, but I have a special interest in relationship difficulties, grief, and symptoms of trauma.
