Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or your family, beginning therapy can be daunting and challenging. It is my hope to offer you an environment where you can consistently feel safe, supported and accepted; allowing you to make this step with more assurance and ease. I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client, and I am passionate about building healthy relationships with children struggling with emotional or behavioral concerns, and their families, to help build resilience, community, and support systems.
I see individuals including children and teens, and families. I have my masters in clinical social work and my certificate in play therapy. I am currently under supervision for my LSCSW and RPT.
The hardest part of therapy is getting started, please know I offer warmth and safety. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey. To learn more, click on my website to schedule your consultation today.
