I am Bette Freedson. Besides being a licensed individual, couples and group therapist, I am also a Psychic. My specialty is in intuitive development. I can give you a one-time intuitive reading and/or teach you how to apply intuition for more effective coping. I have expertise with stress management, 12-step program, co-dependency, trauma issues, eating issues, & parenting issues. My sessions are interactive, expressive and experiential. I am also offering groups and workshops for improved coping via intuitive development. I no longer accept insurance. I do have a PayPal option.
I find strengths in each story, helping my clients bring their intuitive wisdom into the service of healing, Besides using my own psychic insights, I draw from CBT, hypnotherapy, somatic sensing, expressive techniques to help you use your wisest mind to solve your problems. An intuitive reading can often bring a rapid understanding & peace to the problem.
Most of us want to solve problems rapidly with little struggle. Intuitive consults often serve as brief therapy sessions, offering practical options for problem solving as well as wise insights. A womens' group that focuses on skills for staying in one "peace" in difficult situations. Relationship skill and thinking clearly about problems are emphasized.Group uses discussion and teaching tools to help participants develop a solid sense of Self.
