I specialize in solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, and communication skills building. I have worked with men and young moms seeking help for anger management, children and families looking for guidance with attention and focus difficulties, and couples navigating current stressors, conflict, and disruption.
Clients have expressed feeling attended to and understood after sessions. I enjoy all aspects of nature and connecting with clients in that setting and am open to walking sessions as well! I strive to create a judgement free and laid back therapeutic space where client can feel heard and respected, while also being challenged to reach their best potential.
