About
Life events and transitions can hit you hard. Are you feeling stuck and want to build resiliency, acceptance, and confidence to move forward? Are you beginning/graduating from school, working on "adulting", having a baby, making a job/career change, ending/starting a relationship, grieving, retiring, or experiencing any other change? Change often feels frightening and can lead you to repeat unhealthy patterns of behavior in an effort to avoid it. Mental health concerns can deepen the impact of change and life transitions. This may lead you to the brave decision to seek help. I am here to support you to create the life you want.
I want to help people help themselves to live their best lives. My treatment focus is to support you to foster the strengths you already possess while encouraging you to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that hold you back. Treatment is provided for individuals 18 and older through telehealth (virtual) services. Ask about walk and talk therapy.
I strive to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate environment to share your story and inspire you to feel empowered to achieve your personal goals. I will guide you and challenge you with empathy and respect. Let today be the day you start your journey towards inner peace, self-acceptance, healthier relationships, and embracing change!
