About
Are you or a loved one struggling with feeling down, overwhelmed by life's stressors, need help in overcoming social challenges, or just want someone to talk to? I have helped over a hundred people break through their barriers and I can help you. I implement a variety of therapeutic methods in my work including person-centered therapy that draws on extracting your existing strengths. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy that draws on challenging you to shift negative thinking patterns and maladaptive behaviors in hopes of creating healthy functioning skills.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for six years. I implement empirically supported treatment strategies to help you achieve your goals. I offer individual, family, and group therapy for those who struggle with depression and urges to self-harm, anxiety, behavioral concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and low self esteem.
