Cultural identity, little interest or pleasure in doing things, immigrant experiences, seeking validation, workplace stress, worrying, irrational thinking, conflict and relationship issues, depression and trauma are some of the reasons clients come to me. I realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being. I provide culturally competent, compassionate and evidence-based therapy to facilitate behavior change, conflict resolution, assertiveness, boundary setting, trigger identification, appropriate self-soothing, effective cognitive processing and emotion regulation.
