About
I focus on treating early adolescents and young adults (ages 10-18) struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, and depression issues. I am especially experienced working with young girls who are experiencing difficulties navigating their family and peer relationships as well as mood swings and emotional regulation challenges. By helping my clients identify what is (and is not) in their control and looking within themselves to see what strengths they didn't know they have, I believe that anyone—no matter their age or background—can achieve their goals.
I specialize in providing teletherapy with limited in-person sessions if needed. By meeting virtually, I am able to provide significantly greater availability and flexibility without sacrificing any therapeutic benefits. Clients never have to leave the comfort of their own homes and know that I'm always just a call away.
I know that growing up can bring a lot of scary challenges. Therapy shouldn't be one of them! I'm here to help you work through everything, even on short notice. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask for help! I look forward to meeting you and being on your team.
