About
TELETHERAPY AVAILABLE I enjoy challenges and diverse people and helping those who are in difficult situations. I specialize in responding to crises, trauma and workplace problems. So ideally I approach each situation, person or group with an open mind and a non-anxious-presence. I strive to provide that same level of confidence and trust to people in therapy. My strength is understanding complex systems (the big picture) and finding the little steps to improve things. If you have the courage to change; I’ll work to help you make your life easier using a program of change or the path that works best for you.
I have a positive and pragmatic approach to therapy, a systems approach. Frequently, I use CBT, DBT or any techniques to restore balance. Adults and Workplace Trauma has been a focus, but I’m an experienced family therapist, group therapist and play therapist. I have expertise in depression, ADHD, LD, Codependence and Addiction.
I am easy to connect with. Conflicted and tangled emotions need a comfortable and safe space to unpack. I listen with my head and my heart. No matter how hard or hurtful life seems there are always options or ways towards a positive path and peace of mind.
