Clients come to me when they are facing a challenge that they need support with. They might be wondering if there’s more to life or how they can feel more satisfaction in their lives. I can help you look at the blocks that are keeping you from reaching your goals. To do this I use a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) approach as well as a Solution-Focused approach. I work holistically and see individuals as part of a family or other larger system. I offer a supportive, nurturing, safe, and confidential environment in which you can explore and find solutions for what is getting in the way of the life you want to lead.
The types of clients that can benefit from seeing me are going through any type of change in their lives and are experiencing stress from the change or people who are in need of general coping skills to reduce anxiety.
It is hard to reach out for help and you’re taking the first step! People who see me might be: adults who are navigating a life transition such as finishing college, career development, divorce, or illness; new mothers/parents making room in their lives for a baby, and anyone who is feeling like they are stuck and wants something more or different from life.
