You make sense. Every feeling, every thought, every behavior. Even if those feelings, thoughts, or behaviors are clearly getting in the way of your peace, your goals, or the kinds of relationships you want to have. I'm here to help you explore and create compassion for your internal world, because you can't change what you don't understand.
Here are a few examples of clients who I work well with: those experiencing a faith crisis/transition, people who value spirituality (mainstream or alternative forms), men with young children, federal workers, and high performers with relationship struggles. I work with individuals and couples.

Support for grief, ambiguous loss, trauma, and men’s mental health.
Many of the people I work with are grieving something hard to explain, processing trauma that shaped how they cope and connect, or trying to understand who they are after life has changed. Some are parents processing the emotional impact of a child’s diagnosis. Others are carrying loss, relational pain, or old survival patterns that no longer fit the life they want to live.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by patterns that seem to repeat no matter how much effort they put in. You may function well on the outside while feeling emotionally disconnected, uncertain, or exhausted underneath it all.
I offer a supportive and thoughtful space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and internal experiences that may be shaping how you show up in your life, often without conscious awareness.

Hello, I'm Natt. Let’s talk about what’s right with you—not what’s wrong. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel empowered, not picked apart. My focus is on helping you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and move through life with more clarity and confidence. And yes, we can even add some laughter in the mix—because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Together, we’ll do meaningful work in a way that feels authentic, supportive, and maybe even a little fun.

Life can narrow over time — through anxiety, avoidance, overthinking, loss, or major transitions. Many people understand their experiences intellectually but struggle to make meaningful changes in daily life. I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, men’s mental health, and life transitions.

I have worked for 15 years helping others understand themselves in order to find freedom, to live a meaningful life defined by themselves. I special interest in working with men and providing a space to understand themselves. Even if you have had great success in life, many reach a point in which "something" is missing. Whether this is in work, play, or relationships the same patterns that have brought success are often not functional in other aspects of life. I encourage clients to be curious about the areas in which they feel to be lacking and how emotional patterns are often unconsciously driving this process.

There are many reasons why people make the choice to seek out therapy. Maybe you've recognized patterns in your life that you'd like to interrupt but aren't quite sure how to start, or you've tried but aren't finding sustained change. Maybe the reason isn't obvious, and you might just feel "off" or disconnected from others. Whatever your reason is, I would be honored to work through it with you. My experience has centered around navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, healthy masculinity development, body image distress, confidence building, life transitions, and eating disorders.

Men's Issues Therapists
Is therapy for men different than it is for women?
Therapeutic treatments and types are the same for men as they are for women, with the same protocols followed and the same strategies employed. Discussing one’s feelings and emotions is an integral part of most therapies, and some men find doing so more challenging. Therapists can help clients through the process; some specialize in treating men for this reason.
How do you encourage a man to go to therapy?
It’s helpful to express your concern and love for the person while framing therapy as a tool for improving their life. Offering specific examples of how an individual’s behavior affected either himself or others should be done with compassion and with empathy. It may be useful to devise a game plan—breaking the process down into parts, such as finding a therapist, making appointments, and looking into insurance coverage.
How can men prepare for therapy?
Men can prepare for therapy by approaching the process with an open mind, being willing to talk about their challenges, and giving treatment the time to work. Before a session, an individual may want to reflect on how they’ve felt since the last session and what’s happened in their lives. It can be useful for men who struggle to recall their emotional states to write down notes between sessions about their response to a given event or how they were feeling at a particular time.
What should men know about the process of therapy?
One of the most common reasons men don’t seek therapy is the notion that there’s something wrong with them if they do. Men should know that just because they’re seeking therapy doesn’t mean they’re mentally ill or damaged in some way. In the same way people work on their bodies through exercise or a craft through practice, therapy can be a way to improve the mental and emotional skills needed to be productive and effective partners, employees, and people in all realms of life.
