I integrate trauma and
somatic
informed principles, yoga, attachment-based, psychodynamic and humanistic methods of therapy.
Being able to reach a harmonious balance within and in relation to others can feel challenging at any point in our lives. I believe the pursuit of balance and optimal living integrates loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and forgiveness. In the therapeutic space, I offer support to explore identity and self esteem, transgenerational cultural and family values, and integration of spirituality, as appropriate. I work primarily with adolescents and adults, helping to navigate interpersonal relationship changes, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma recovery.
