I like to help others heal from suffering - whether it be understanding and managing emotions, processing trauma, reducing negative thinking patterns, getting unstuck, changing habits, letting go, achieving personal goals, communicating or relating better, building coping skills and resilience, etc. I take a holistic approach in my work and integrate talk therapy, mind-body skills (breathing, relaxation, yoga nidra, qigong, etc.), and healthy food/sleep/movement practices. My therapy style is warm, thoughtful, attuned, open, strengths-based, collaborative.
