Emotion regulation, distress tolerance, identifying and managing triggers, identity development, impulse control, adjusting to transitions, effective communication and trauma resolution are some potential outcomes of our therapeutic work together. Adults experiencing sadness, difficult relationships, uncontrollable worry, crying spells, work stress, difficult family experiences, isolation, difficulty concentrating and lack of interest or pleasure in activities work with me to learn how to use solution-focused, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy to decrease their symptoms.
