I am a Registered Play Therapist, and my work with
involves the use of play therapy, where
communicate their wants, needs, and worries through toys and play.

ages 6+, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and life changes that are difficult to navigate. I help clients learn how to manage stress and develop insightful decision making skills. I also help clients develop healthy communication skills to increase assertiveness, confidence, and deeper connections with others. Therapy can also help with identifying negative self-talk and coping skills that may be doing more harm than good.
