You don't have to do all this alone; we were never mean to.
That's a paraphrasing of a Brene Brown quote, and it's one of my mantras as a therapist. If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, grief, loss, parenting, or something else that feels like too much to carry, I can help.
I'm a telehealth therapist and I love working with overwhelmed moms, stressed out and anxious college students, and those struggling with grief/loss. If you fall outside of these parameters, but something about my profile resonates with you, reach out to me anyway; I love working with a variety of clients.

As a kinky, non-binary, neurodivergent, and polyamorous human I understand the difficulty in finding a clinician who understands you and respects your lived experience. As a therapist, I create a therapeutic space that is intersectional, sacred, and honoring of the innate knowledge and ability to heal that we hold in our bodies. I operate from an anti-capitalist and anti-colonial framework and utilize neuroscience and attachment science to help clients understand the effects of oppression and trauma on our minds and bodies in order to heal and build a pleasurable life.

You may be reaching a point where old roles no longer fit: scapegoat, caretaker, emotional stabilizer, or “the strong one.”
What follows can feel disorienting, including grief, anger, relief, and a growing refusal to contort yourself for systems that relied on your silence.
I work with adults who are ready to step out of survival roles and into sovereignty—people who want to understand how they adapted, not stay stuck retelling what hurt. Many of my clients are navigating estrangement, enmeshed family systems, complex trauma, identity shifts, or the consequences of choosing themselves for the first time.

Searching for a therapist who gets the experiences of transgender, kinky, polyamorous, queer communities?
Asking thought provoking questions, listening to your story and exploring how it might change, identifying various parts of you and what role they play/how they can work together, all of these are approaches I can bring to the table depending on your needs and wants. I help couples and polycules enhance communication, boundaries, and co-regulation.
