I am a skilled, compassionate and grounded therapist who can help you identify and reach your therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are struggling with conflict, communication, loss, infidelity or other patterns that interfere with a healthy sense of well being. I only use strong, evidence based, statistically proven approaches to therapy because I believe you deserve results.
I specialize in both Individual and Couples therapy. I'm trained in EMDR, Attachment Theory, CBT and many others. I have received extensive training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) as well as the methods of John Gottman. These types of modalities provide both the background, knowledge and practical tools that will help you reach your goals.
