My work often meets anger, men's and women's issues, grief, and relationships at their breaking points.
Anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, burnout, and neurodivergent existence can turn life into an endless performance, holding it together in public, unraveling in private. You’ve carried the weight of expectations, doing what was necessary to get by. Now you want more than survival. I work with people ready to bring hidden parts into the light, hone their strengths, and build a life they don’t need to escape from. I offer virtual sessions on Sundays.

Humans are hard wired to connect. Connected to ourselves and connected to others. We want to feel empowered, loved and confident. Building resilience in people is not about making them tough. Resilience is having the tools to recover from difficulties and manage how you feel. Welcome, my name is Christie. I have a deep passion to help people within our community overcome adversity, empower them to their core, boost their self-esteem, celebrate their strengths and give them a safe place to express their emotions and feelings. Let me help empower and embody your strengths, giving you hope so you can grow and thrive as an individual.
