Currently, services are provided through telehealth. Obstacles and challenges face us throughout life - depression, anxiety, grief, feeling of helplessness. Allow me the opportunity to help you navigate your way. I have more than 30 years experience working with families with children 13 years and older, individual youth 13 years and older and individual adults. Together we can work on how to adjust your approaches to the challenges and develop a happierand more content life. The first session is a "Meet and Greet' - no charge
I have found the following to be most helpful - psyschotherapy, cbt, strength based therapy, eclectic Interventions: Looking at Communication Skills, Exploration of Emotions, Supportive Reflection, Exploration of Coping Patterns, Structured Problem Solving, Supportive Reflection and Symptom Management are also used.
People cope as best they can and use the coping skills they have learned. I am not judgemental in my approach. My approach allows the client to discuss their concerns without the fear of being discriminated against or rejected. We will work together to develop stronger - more positive coping skills
