I am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) specializing in depression, mindfulness skills, & trauma processing. I am here to help you unpack, work through those experiences, and develop skills to manage whatever life may throw your way.

I offer individual and couples counseling services to address personal goals and mental health concerns. I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet my clients’ unique and specific needs. As an approved clinical supervisor, I have also worked with many counselors over the years, helping them deal with vicarious trauma and maintaining personal wellness.

I served in the military and have deployed and I find that makes it easier for my Vets and their families to connect with me and vice versa.
