As the Director of the Smith Counseling Group, I have assembled a practice of therapists who don't "sit back and nod" but provide warm, direct and evidence-based mental health care. We are a collective of professionals who are dedicated to providing evidence-based mental health care to individuals and their families. With over 30 years of experience in the field, our approach is warm, direct, and based in science, with a focus on results. Our specialty field is eating disorders, where we offer individual and family based treatment.
